Gray Sky Girls Lisa Bastoni and Naomi Sommers describe their music as "original and organic old-time country slowgrass: close harmony singing accompanied by simple arrangements on guitar, banjo and mandolin". This delightful debut CD features a seamless selection of songs old and new performed by this wonderful up-and-coming duo, with a sound reminiscent of early country duos.

Recorded at Canary Studios, mastered at the Bubble in Austin, Texas. Engineered by Christopher Cogswell, fine friend and engineer. Tracks include: Southern Belle, I Think of You, Moth, Small Time Big Town, Just Passing Through, Your Great Escape, I Can Hear You Michael, Seen It All.

Recorded by Glenn French at TreeHouse Music in Arlington, MA. Released in April 2004. With Lisa on guitar, harmonica and a little bit of banjo. Simple backing help from Josh Kantor (upright bass, piano, organ), Sean Staples (mandolin, bouzouki, banjo) and Lloyd Thayer (lap steel).
